The rooms are spacious and offer good value for the price. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to local eateries and the fact that I could grab a hearty fried rice dish for just 50B across the street.
The maintenance needs some serious attention. in both the triple room and the double room I stayed in, there were issues with the beds, including uncomfortable mattresses and broken door knobs. The cleanliness also left something to be desired—there was a spider's web in the bathroom and an unpleasant smell lingered in the elevator. some updates and proper care for the place would go a long way.
